Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online through our website from November 15th or directly at the entrance to the fair. For ticket options and prices, please visit the practical info page.

Are reduced-rate tickets available?

Reduced-rate tickets are available for 10€, online and on-site, for students under 22, job seekers and European Disability Card holders. Please bring proof of eligibility to present at the entrance.

Do children need a ticket?

Admission is free for children under 12, but they still need a ticket. Please book a free child ticket online or collect one at the ticket desk.

Can I visit with an Article 27 voucher?

Yes. Please present your Article 27 voucher at the ticket desk to purchase your admission. This option cannot be booked online.

Can I exchange or get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

I haven’t received my ticket. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure your booking was completed. If you still cannot find your ticket, email [email protected] with the name and email address used for the booking, and your order reference if available.

Which payment methods are accepted at the entrance?

Cash and cards are accepted at the ticket desk.

Can I attend the preview or vernissage with a regular ticket?

The preview and vernissage (January 20) are by invitation only. A regular admission ticket gives access during public opening hours, from January 21 to 24.

Is my ticket valid for any day, or do I need to choose a date?

You must choose a date when booking a regular ticket. VIP tickets can be used on any day of the fair, but are valid for one entry only.

Can I leave and re-enter the fair on the same day?

Yes. Please ask the team at the entrance for a stamp before leaving so you can re-enter later that day.

Can someone else use my ticket if I cannot attend?

Yes, you may pass your ticket on to someone else if you cannot attend.

Can I request an invoice for my tickets?

Yes. You can request an invoice when booking online or at the reception desk at the fair.

Can I bring my dog?

Pets are not permitted inside the fair. Assistance animals are welcome, please bring a proof with you.

Is the fair accessible to visitors with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. If you have specific access requirements, please contact [email protected] before your visit so we can help you plan your arrival.

Can I bring a backpack or suitcase?

Backpacks, bulky suitcases and other large items are not permitted inside the fair and must be left in the cloakroom (2€/article). The direction of the fair reserves the rights to refuse any item that it judges too large to enter the fair.

What are the opening hours?

Please visit our practical info page for the dates and daily opening hours. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.

Where does ceramic brussels take place?

The fair takes place at Tour & Taxis, Rue Picard 3, 1000 Brussels. Please check the practical info page for the entrance location and access map.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, a cloakroom is available on site for €2/article. Backpacks, suitcases and other large items must be left in the cloakroom.

Is smoking permitted inside the fair?

No, smoking is not permitted inside the venue.

Who should I contact about lost property?

During the fair, please speak to the reception team about any lost or found items. After your visit, email [email protected] with a description of the item. Please note that the fair cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Can I eat and drink at the fair?

Yes, food and drinks are available on site. Visit our food & drinks page to discover the options and plan a break during your visit. No outside food is allowed inside the fair, water bottles are authorized.

Who can I ask about dietary requirements or allergens?

Please speak directly to the catering team before ordering. They can advise you on ingredients, allergens and the options available.

Where can I discover the participating galleries and artists?

Visit the exhibitors section of our website to explore the participating galleries and the artists they present.

Can I buy artworks at the fair?

Yes. To enquire about an artwork, speak directly to the gallery presenting it. The gallery can provide information about the artist, availability, prices and purchase arrangements.

Are talks included in my ticket?

Yes, access to the talks is included in your admission ticket.

What languages are the talks held in?

Talks are held in French, English or Dutch, depending on the session. Please visit our talks page for the language and details of each session.

How can I access the fair as a member of the press?

Admission is free on presentation of a valid press card. For other accreditation enquiries, please contact the press representative for your region listed on our press page.

Can I take photographs at the fair?

Photography is permitted for personal use. Commercial or media use requires prior agreement from the organisers and the exhibiting artists.
