B12 ●Founded and directed by Javier Blanco, METRO was created in 2007 with the aim of promoting contemporary art and revitalizing cultural life, acting as a mediator between the artist's studio and the collector, between the creator and the consumer of culture. With a multidisciplinary program, the gallery’s purpose is to create spaces for dialogue and participation that encourage access to art without prejudice. Over the years, the gallery has curated and produced numerous art exhibitions, music series, and performance days, participated in art fairs, and contributed to the emergence of a large number of new collectors.
